This is a hands-on, physical job for people who show up, work hard, and do things right the first time.
You'll be in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors — heat, cold, tight spaces. Not for everyone. We're looking for people with grit, discipline, and reliability. You're expected to perform.
Pay is hourly + production bonuses. $60k–$70k is realistic for someone who works consistently and produces. We want people who are serious about the work.

What You'll Do:
- Remove and install insulation in attics and crawl spaces.
- Perform crawl space encapsulations and moisture barrier installations.
- Carry out attic remediation and cleanup services.
- Install gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
- Work in confined spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
- Represent our company with professionalism on every job.
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable — someone who doesn't need to be managed.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prior experience in insulation, construction, or home services is a plus — but we will train the right person.
